Hightower Advisors Invests in Lindbrook Capital, Bolstering Wealth Management

Hightower Advisors, a wealth management firm based in Chicago, has made a strategic investment in Lindbrook Capital, LLC. The financial planning adn wealth management practice oversees approximately $3.8 billion in assets under management.
Lindbrook Capital, led by managing partners Benjamin Posen and Tyler Dritz, along with partner Lee Samson, offers investment management and financial planning services. Their client base includes affluent families, individuals, foundations, endowments, and prominent business and entertainment executives. The firm has offices in Los angeles, Calabasas, Calif., and new York City.

Hightower now supports more than 140 advisory businesses across 35 states and Washington, D.C. The company provides investment, financial, and retirement planning services to individuals, foundations, and family offices, and also 401(k) consulting and cash management for corporations. As of Dec. 31, 2024, Hightower and its affiliates managed approximately $168 billion in assets.
Hightower’s previous investment occurred in December 2024 with a stake in Dechtman Wealth Management, a Denver-based financial planning firm managing $800 million in assets.
Colchester Partners LLC and Kirkland & Ellis,LLP,advised Lindbrook. McDermott, Will & Emery LLP served as legal counsel to Hightower.
