Hindustan Copper has announced a substantial increase in its financial performance for the fourth quarter of the 2025-26 fiscal year, characterized by a significant rise in consolidated net profit and revenue.
For the quarter ended March 31, 2026, the company reported a 134% surge in consolidated net profit, which reached Rs 444 crore. This growth in profitability was supported by a 58% increase in revenue, which rose to Rs 1,156 crore during the same three-month period.
Full-Year Financial Performance
The strong quarterly results contributed to a robust performance for the entire fiscal year. Hindustan Copper reported that its full-year profit after tax (PAT) grew by 97%, totaling Rs 921 crore for the 2025-26 fiscal year.
Shareholder Returns and Dividends
In light of the fiscal year’s financial outcomes, the company has recommended a dividend for its shareholders. The board has proposed a dividend of Rs 1.86 per share for the 2025-26 fiscal year.

Operational Production Metrics
In addition to the financial growth, the company reported progress in its operational output during the 2025-26 fiscal year. Hindustan Copper achieved a metal-in-concentrate (MIC) production of 27,421 tonnes.
This production volume represents a 9% increase compared to the production levels recorded in the previous fiscal year.
