History in the Making: Pro Baseball Smashes 10 Million Fan Mark for First Time in 43 Years

Professional Baseball Reaches⁢ 10 Million Spectators for the⁢ First Time in 43 Years

Professional baseball has‌ achieved a‍ significant milestone, surpassing 10⁣ million spectators‍ for the first time since‍ its launch‌ in 1982.

The‍ Korea Baseball Organization⁣ (KBO) announced that the number of spectators officially counted exceeded 10 million, marking a historic moment for the sport.

As of the ⁤previous ‌day, 9,943,600 people had‍ attended ​games, leaving only 56,000 spectators needed to⁤ reach the 10 million mark. However, with sellouts recorded at Incheon Munhak Stadium, Sajik Stadium, and Gwangju Stadium, ⁤the milestone was ​achieved.
