Hmeļņickis Named Chair of “Olpha” Board

Juris Hmeļņickis will become the ⁤new Chairman‌ of ‍the Board at Latvian pharmaceutical manufacturer AS Olpha on Monday,January 19,the company announced.

Inga ⁣Liščika will also join the board as a member, overseeing financial management. Andris Jegorovs will continue ⁤his work on the‌ board as Head of the Production Department.

Current Chairman of the⁣ Board Juris ⁤Bundulis⁤ will join​ Olpha’s council.

Olpha Council Chairman Andrejs Leibovičs stated that under bundulis’ leadership, the company established​ a strong foundation for its new brand, the advancement of ⁣its⁣ generic product portfolio,​ expansion of exports to Western European markets, ‌and modernization of production.⁢ The council expects the new Chairman to focus on strengthening the company’s efficiency and productivity, and to continue growth in Western export markets.

Hmeļņickis said his task will be to strengthen the company’s effectiveness alongside his team.
