HOLYWATER TECH, the AI-first tech company behind My Drama, My Passion, and My Muse, has acquired Jeynix, a high-end AI-assisted production team specializing in hyper-realistic visual effects. The acquisition, announced Monday, February 9, 2026, marks a significant step in Holywater’s evolution, rebranding the company as HOLYWATER TECH to reflect its technology-first identity.
Jeynix’s core technical team and proprietary production expertise will be integrated into HOLYWATER TECH, bolstering the company’s ability to deliver cinematic-quality visuals at scale. This integration aims to lower production budgets while enabling rapid localization of content across various markets, potentially within days, according to a company statement.
The move comes as HOLYWATER TECH continues to gain momentum in the micro content space. Last month, the company secured $22 million in its largest financing round to date, led by Horizon Capital with participation from U.S. Investors Endeavor Catalyst and Wheelhouse. In 2025, FOX Entertainment took an equity stake in the company and is collaborating on the production of over 200 shows over the next two years.
A partnership with Dhar Mann Studios, announced in January 2026, will see the creation of an initial slate of 40 narrative-driven titles exclusively for the My Drama platform.
Founded in 2025, Jeynix is recognized for its ability to seamlessly integrate AI-assisted tools into professional VFX pipelines, maintaining natural detail and preserving the integrity of on-screen performances. Its technologies include facial animation, face replacement, de-aging, and lip-sync, all powered by artificial intelligence systems designed to avoid the “uncanny valley” effect.
“HOLYWATER TECH aims to build a category-defining entertainment company that brings together creators’ imagination and cutting-edge technology, especially AI, to unlock new creative possibilities at scale,” said Bogdan Nesvit and Anatolii Kasianov, Co-Founders and Co-CEOs of HOLYWATER TECH. “Jeynix demonstrated a level of visual truth and performance preservation…that we simply couldn’t find elsewhere. Bringing this expertise in-house allows us to reinvest our production budgets into significantly higher quality, faster iteration, and more consistent results across our slate.”
Nemir Yevhen, Jeynix Founder, expressed enthusiasm about the acquisition, stating, “We’re thrilled to keep building with HOLYWATER TECH. By bringing Jeynix’s AI-assisted creative tools to a larger platform, we’re giving audiences new ways to jump into the content and make each scene their own.”
HOLYWATER TECH’s content platforms currently reach over 85 million users. These platforms include My Drama, the leading vertical streaming app in the U.S. And Europe; My Passion, a top independent digital book publishing platform in the same regions; My Muse, a platform for vertical series produced with generative AI; and Freebits, an ad-supported vertical streaming service offering premium content.
