The incident occurred on May 13, 2026, outside the Montgomery County Courthouse in Clarksville, Tennessee. According to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, the event left Eatherly and another man injured, and both were transported to hospitals in stable condition.
During his arraignment on May 15, 2026, Eatherly’s bond was set at $1,250,000. To secure his release before trial, he must post the full amount in property or cash, or pay a non-refundable 10% fee of approximately $125,000 through a bondsman.
Eatherly, 28, faces four specific charges in connection with the event:
