If you’re a fan of the Monsterverse and Fortnite, you’re in for a treat. The recent Godzilla x Kong collaboration has brought a wave of excitement to the game, including the iconic Kong’s Battle Axe. This powerful Pickaxe replacement is a must-have for players looking to channel their inner titan. Here’s everything you need to know to get your hands on it.
Kong’s Battle Axe is available in Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1 for 800 V-Bucks in the Item Shop. If you’re short on V-Bucks, you can purchase the 1,000 V-Bucks pack for $8.99. Unlike the Crystal Fang, which can be unlocked through quests, the Battle Axe is only obtainable through a microtransaction.
For players looking to go all-in, there’s also the ‘Mechagodzilla & Kong Bundle,’ priced at 2,800 V-Bucks. This bundle includes a wealth of premium items:
- Kong (Outfit)
- Mechagodzilla (Outfit)
- Kong’s Battle Axe (Pickaxe)
- Proton Drill (Pickaxe)
- B.E.A.S.T Glove (Emote)
- Roar Power (Wrap)
- Cybernetic Scream (Wrap)
- B.E.A.S.T Armorplate (Bling)
- Proton EXO Boosters (Bling)
But act fast—Kong’s Battle Axe and other Godzilla x Kong collaboration items will leave the Item Shop on January 25, 2025, at 5:29 a.m. local time (GMT+5). Once they’re gone, there’s no guarantee when, or if, they’ll return.
Whether you’re swinging the Battle Axe solo or rocking the full bundle, this collaboration is a chance to bring a piece of the Monsterverse into your Fortnite experience. Don’t miss out on this limited-time opportunity to unleash your inner titan.
