Huawei Enjoy 90 Pro Max Surpasses iPhone 17 Pro in China

The Huawei Enjoy 90 Pro Max has surpassed all iPhone 17 models in sales within the Chinese market, according to recent market data reported in April 2026.

The device achieved this milestone by selling over 400,000 units in its first week of availability, outperforming the entire iPhone 17 series, including the iPhone 17 Pro model which ranked fourth in overall sales rankings.

Huawei and Apple’s flagship models continue to dominate the Chinese smartphone market, with both companies’ top-tier devices maintaining strong positions in sales rankings despite Huawei facing broader challenges in the global smartphone sector.

The Huawei Enjoy 90 Pro Max features a 6.84-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2756 × 1272 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate, delivering a smooth and immersive visual experience. It is powered by the Kirin 8000 processor, which supports high performance and efficient application management.

Storage options for the device include 128GB at CN¥1,699, 256GB at CN¥1,999, and 512GB at CN¥2,399. The main camera system consists of a 50MP RYYB sensor with autofocus for high-quality photography, complemented by an 8MP front-facing camera for detailed selfies.

Launched in March 2023, the Huawei Enjoy 90 series includes multiple models, with the Pro Max variant receiving the most consumer attention due to its enhanced specifications and competitive pricing within the mid-to-high range segment.
