Classic 1980s Cartoon to be Released in Weekly Batches
The 1980s animated series “Hulk hogan’s Rock ‘n’ Wrestling” will begin streaming on the WWE Vault YouTube channel this Saturday, September 6, according to a
report from Variety.
WWE plans to release episodes in batches of four every Saturday morning.
The series, which originally aired from 1985 to 1986, pitted Hulk Hogan and a team of fan-favorite wrestlers against a group of villains led by “Rowdy” Roddy Piper.

Despite their busy wrestling schedules, the wrestlers themselves did not voice their animated counterparts. Actor Brad Garrett provided the voice for the animated Hulk Hogan. A total of 26 episodes were produced for the series.
WWE will air the episodes in chronological order, releasing a new batch every two hours on Saturday mornings. The first four episodes available on the WWE Vault channel are: “Junkyard 500/Junkenstein,” “The Four-Legged Pickpocket,” ”Clean Gene/Andre’s Giant Problem,” and “Gorilla My Dreams.”

The proclamation of the show’s release comes a little over a month after the death of Terry Bollea, known as Hulk Hogan, who passed away in Clearwater, Florida, at the age of 71.

The WWE vault channel, launched on YouTube in June 2024, has quickly gained traction, amassing nearly 3 million subscribers.
