Hull Street ‍Energy, a‌ private‍ equity‍ firm focused ⁣on‍ power infrastructure, is investing in Greenskies Clean‌ Focus, a Connecticut-based company specializing‍ in​ distributed solar photovoltaic (PV) plants and decarbonization solutions. The investment aims to bolster Greenskies’ portfolio and accelerate the deployment of ⁢behind-the-meter renewable resources across the United States.

Greenskies, established ⁣in 2009, develops, constructs, finances, owns, and⁣ operates ‌solar energy plants. The company also provides decarbonization solutions, including​ energy ⁤storage, combined cooling, heat‌ and power ⁤(CCHP) systems, and ⁢microgrids. To date,Greenskies has developed and installed 314⁤ megawatts​ of renewable energy plants across 19 states,contributing considerably to the solar ⁤energy landscape.
