Ramirez began ⁣his career in Colombia at Kimberly-Clark in 1997,‍ implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategies.⁢ His work earned him the ⁤JIPM⁤ Award from the Japan Institute of ⁣Plant Maintenance and ⁤the Best Managed Project ⁣Award.

Throughout his career at companies such ⁤as Colceramica,Clariant,PepsiCo,and‍ Smithfield Foods,Ramirez has focused on ⁣how automation can empower people. His projects ⁤include AI-driven robotized packaging systems and a zero-discharge water plant aligned⁤ with PepsiCo’s sustainability goals.
