The acquisition is designed to bolster Huron’s ability to improve revenue cycle yield and enhance efficiencies for its healthcare clients. The move comes as healthcare providers grapple with financial pressures, including workforce shortages and declining reimbursements. This strategic acquisition strengthens Huron’s end-to-end revenue cycle solutions.
Eclipse Insights brings expertise in areas such as charge capture, clinical documentation, and denials management. Approximately 40 Eclipse Insights team members will join Huron’s Healthcare operating segment. Financial details of the acquisition, expected to close this month, were not disclosed.
