On October 14, 2024, I applied for a free trial of the Photography Plan (20GB) and canceled the subscription on the same day. However, by chance, I was checking my credit card details today (the 28th) and saw that 15,000 won had been paid.
You have correctly applied for the free trial (*The relevant personal information has been deleted by Moderate), and even if you check the order and invoice status after canceling the subscription, you can see that 0 won was charged and the normal free trial was canceled.
However, looking at the credit card company’s card usage history, 15,000 won was paid in the name of NHNKP Co., Ltd. at 14:37 on October 14, 2024.
Please check the relevant part and request cancellation of credit card payment.
