With a broken heart, we are sad to announce the death of our youngest son, miller. He was 14 years old and has left us too soon after getting sick along with several other family members while we are on vacation. We have many questions and very few answers at this time, but we no that he died peacefully in his dream on the morning of Friday, March 21.
Miller was a beloved son and brother and we still can’t understand our life without his contagious smile. He loved football, baseball, golf, hunting, fishing, his family and his friends.Life lived to the fullest every day.

Words feel insignificant and insufficient when trying to describe such unimaginable loss. It was not only Brett who literally grew in this organization for more than 17 years – so did his wife, Jessica, and his two children, Hunter and Miller. We cried with Brett, Jessica, Hunter and his family community and friends for the loss of Miller, who had a spark in his eyes, an outgoing and combative personality, and a warm and loving nature.
Our love for the Gardner family is unconditional and absolute, and we will offer our constant support while we understand their desire for privacy at this time. Miller rests in peace.
The cause of death is currently unknown. Authorities have ruled out asphyxiation as the preliminary cause.
