Ibeyi, the musical duo consisting of French-Cuban sisters Lisa-Kaindé and Naomi Diaz, has announced the release of a new album titled Offering, which is scheduled to arrive on June 26, 2026.
The project marks the duo’s first full-length release in nearly four years, following their previous album, Spell 31. Offering also represents the sisters’ first long-play record since becoming independent artists.
According to reporting from Stereogum, Lisa-Kaindé and Naomi Diaz had been living apart in recent years but reunited specifically to record the new album.
The duo is exploring new musical directions with this release. While their previous work primarily combined their vocals with piano and percussion, the sisters are utilizing different creative approaches for Offering.
The announcement is accompanied by the lead single, Aset
, a track inspired by the Egyptian goddess Isis. The song is described as a swirling, meditative piece of mood music
characterized by soft synth tones and rippling percussion.
Ibeyi co-produced the single with Haitian producer Michaël Brun, an artist known for blending contemporary sounds with traditional Caribbean styles.
A music video for Aset
was filmed on location in Havana. Directed by Roman Pichon Herrera and Corry Van Rhijn, the video provides a visually intoxicating look at a sweaty apartment party
.
The tracklist for Offering includes 12 songs:
- Olokun
- Aset
- Focus
- Moshpit
- Baba
- The Process
- Offerings
- La tendresse d’un mot (featuring Sofiane Pamart)
- I Know You Loved Me
- Good Life
- Hurry Hurry
- Lucky
Offering is currently available for pre-order ahead of its June 26, 2026, release date.
