Since ⁢the initial launch of ICC‍ Case Connect in 2022, the ICC has been moving toward more powerful⁤ digital technologies. The collaboration with Opus 2, known ⁤for its⁤ legal file management software, ensures the new platform refines file management processes with improved tools and a ⁤more intuitive interface. Future updates will include integration of amicable dispute resolution (ADR) cases.

The platform serves more than 10,000 party representatives‍ and 8,000 arbitrators, offering a secure, centralized, cloud-based environment where all stakeholders can collaborate effectively, irrespective of location.
