“Maison Farmer” is an ice cream shop that offers flavors packed with the deliciousness of seasonal ingredients. The recipes are created by Nagisa Aoki, who served as chef patissier at the French restaurant “L’Effervescence” in Hiroo, which has been awarded three stars for four consecutive years until 2024. There are always 8 to 10 different flavors of ice cream on offer.
Recipes using carefully selected ingredients
Single 550 yen, double 700 yenThe main ingredient in the ice cream is milk, which comes from Yuge Farm in Hyogo and Shinrin Farm in Tochigi. They use different milk depending on the potential of the ingredients they combine with.
Flavors available at the time of opening include “Milk,” a rich, full-bodied drink that retains its clear, pure taste; “Chocolate Mint,” made with chocolate from SOCORA bespoke chocolate lab, a chocolatier in Aobadai, Kanagawa Prefecture; and “Honey Lemon Milk,” made from Robinia pseudoacacia flowers and lemons harvested in Yamanashi and soaked in honey.
Baked goods and natural wines

Maison Farmer also serves baked goods, and in the evenings it also serves as a stand where you can enjoy ice cream with natural wine.
