In-N-Out Burger is expanding its national footprint with the addition of four new locations across four different states. The burger chain, which has steadily grown beyond its origins in California, is adding sites in Nevada, Tennessee, Utah, and Washington.
According to the company’s location tracker, the upcoming stores are situated at the following addresses:
- Las Vegas, Nevada: 3747 S Las Vegas Blvd. #32w
- Madison, Tennessee: 1900 Gallatin Pike North
- St. George, Utah: 4643 S. Pioneer Road
- Vancouver, Washington: 13511 SE 3rd Way
The Las Vegas location is expected to be a three-story restaurant. These sites are currently listed as opening soon
by the company, though In-N-Out has not provided a specific timeline for the openings.
Strategic Expansion and Corporate Shifts
The growth follows plans for expansion announced in late 2025. This push includes a significant focus on Tennessee, where the chain has already opened its first three stores. In addition to these retail locations, In-N-Out is establishing a second corporate headquarters in Tennessee.

This shift in corporate infrastructure follows a decision by the company to close its office in Irvine, California. The corporate workforce is now being split between California and Tennessee. CEO Lynsi Snyder announced in 2025 that she would relocate her family from California to Tennessee, citing the challenges associated with running a business and raising a family within the state of California.
In a press release regarding these growth plans, CEO Lynsi Snyder stated that further hiring and openings were planned in the months to come
.
Broader Market Growth
While the majority of In-N-Out locations remain in California, the chain has consistently expanded into new states since the 1990s. In recent years, the company has opened locations in Texas, Colorado, and Idaho.
Further expansion is planned for the Southwest. The company previously announced its intention to open a store in New Mexico by 2027. Reports indicate that Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Buckeye are among the areas slated for growth.
