Victims and Cause
Preliminary reports indicate that three to four of the deceased were tourists, with the majority being employees of a local company. The cause of the fire is believed to be a gas cylinder explosion, as cited by Police Chief Alok Kumar in reports from NDTV. Three individuals died as a direct result of burns, while the remaining victims succumbed to smoke inhalation.
