A social media influencer known as Klaudia Glam has died six days after being struck by a vehicle outside a London nightclub, according to police and multiple news reports.
The woman, identified as 32-year-old Klaudia Zakrzewska from Essex, was hit by a car near the Inca nightclub on Argyll Street in London’s Soho district in the early hours of April 19, 2026. She remained hospitalized for a week before succumbing to her injuries on Saturday, April 25, 2026.
Authorities have confirmed that Gabrielle Carrington, a 29-year-old former contestant on the British television show “The X Factor,” is facing charges in connection with the incident. Carrington, who performed with the girl group “Miss Dynamix,” was initially accused of attempted murder, grievous bodily harm with intent, actual bodily harm, dangerous driving, and drunk driving.
Following Zakrzewska’s death, prosecutors have announced plans to upgrade the charges against Carrington to include murder. The Metropolitan Police stated that the decision reflects the progression of the case after the victim’s passing.
Police said the incident also resulted in serious injuries to a 58-year-old man, whose injuries were described as life-changing, and minor injuries to another woman. Emergency responders arrived at the scene shortly after the collision, which occurred around 4:30 a.m.
Video footage circulating online appeared to show Carrington driving a black Mercedes into Zakrzewska before reversing the vehicle. The clip has been referenced in multiple reports, though authorities have urged the public not to share graphic content out of respect for the victim’s family and those injured.
Detective Chief Inspector Alison Foxwell, who is leading the investigation, expressed sympathy for Zakrzewska’s family and friends. She also called for restraint in sharing unverified details or graphic footage related to the case.
Zakrzewska was known online under the name Klaudia Glam and had built a following as a beauty and lifestyle influencer on platforms including TikTok and Instagram. Her death has prompted an outpouring of tributes from followers and fellow content creators.
