Introducing the HUAWEI Watch D2: Revolutionizing Wearable Tech with a Sleeker, Smarter Blood Pressure Timepiece
HUAWEI Watch D2: A Smarter and Smaller Timepiece
HUAWEI has unveiled the new Watch D2, a smartwatch that continues to focus on heart rate measurement with an innovative airbag strap, but this time, it’s smaller and more compact than its predecessor.
HUAWEI Watch D2 Key Features
The HUAWEI D2 Watch boasts a larger 1.82-inch square OLED display (408 x 480 px) compared to the 1.64-inch screen of the first-generation Watch D. The case measures 48 x 38 x 13.3 mm and weighs 85 grams, making it significantly smaller and lighter than the previous model, which measured 51 x 38 x 13.6 mm and weighed 40.9 grams. Despite its compact size, the Watch D2 still features an air pump and a blood pressure sensor.
The airbag strap periodically inflates throughout the day and night, while the Watch D2 also features a light sensor to measure heart rate without constricting the wrist tightly. Additionally, it includes an ECG sensor and measures skin temperature.
The HUAWEI Watch D2 has received certification from medical authorities in both the European Union and China, following in the footsteps of its predecessor. It is available in Europe for 350 euros or 12,490 baht.
A release price for Thailand will be announced soon.
