Apple to Discontinue iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max, New iPhone 16 Series to Launch

Apple will hold an autumn conference on the 10th, at 1 a.m. Taiwan time, with the theme “Shining Moment” it will officially announce new products such as the iPhone 16 series. “9to5mac” reports that the iPhone 16 series is set to launch, in addition to the iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPhone 14 Plus and iPhone 13, with the iPhone 14, iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus selling three older models at lower prices.

As for the upcoming iPhone 16, “TrendForce” reports that the price of the iPhone 16 is expected to start at US$799 (about NT$25,647) with the minimum capacity starting at 128GB for each model.

Also, the iPhone 16 Pro price has changed, and is expected to start at US$1,099 (approx. NT$35,281), while the iPhone 16 Pro Max is expected to start at US$1,199 (approx. NT$38,491). Both models are 256GB.
