iRacing for Apple Vision Pro Now Available – iRacing.com

iRacing announced the release of the iRacing Connect app for Apple Vision Pro on May 11, 2026. The application is now available on the App Store and is designed to integrate the motorsport simulation with the spatial computing platform.

The app enables a connection between the simulation software and the headset, allowing users to transition their racing experience to the Apple Vision Pro hardware. To support this integration, the iRacing Connect app requires the device to be running visionOS 26.4 or later.

Technical Integration and Rendering

To maintain visual fidelity, iRacing for Apple Vision Pro employs foveated streaming. This technology optimizes performance by rendering the highest resolution and sharpest content specifically in the driver’s direct line of sight, reducing the processing requirements for peripheral areas of the view.

The experience utilizes mixed reality to blend a user’s physical racing rig with a virtual cockpit. This system aligns the physical steering wheel used by the driver with the digital representation of the wheel inside the simulation.
