Recent protests across Iranian cities center on worsening economic conditions. Thes demonstrations coincide with threats from both President Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to launch military attacks against Iran, purportedly to support the protesters.
Netanyahu has previously stated his intention to protect Iranian citizens, according to reports.
