“I thought the entire house collapsed,” Benhaim said,describing the scene after the Iranian missile strike. Emerging from the basement, they found shattered windows and debris scattered throughout their Rishon LeZion home, just south of Tel Aviv.

“It was the first house built in the neighborhood,” she said. “My father was so eager to build it.”
“Forty years of memories are gone… ItS heavy on the heart,” Ilan added.
