Each meteorological service contributed ‌seven ​names to​ the ⁣list. ⁤Met Éireann sourced its names⁢ through a public campaign, receiving over ‌10,000 ⁢submissions from 4,137 individuals. The full list of⁣ names is ⁢as follows:

History of the Naming Program

The collaborative storm naming program between Met Éireann and the UK met Office began⁣ in 2015.The Netherlands’ KNMI​ joined the partnership in 2019. This ‍joint effort provides a⁢ consistent and recognizable ‌system for naming impactful weather​ systems⁢ across the three ‍countries. (Met Éireann, 2024)
