Conor Swail, ranked No. 15 globally,showcased exceptional equestrian skills at Spruce Meadows in Canada,leading an Irish sweep of the podium. Swail, riding One Edition, secured victory in the 5* class with a clear round in 41.73 seconds during the 14-horse jump-off.
Darragh Kenny of Offaly closely followed Swail,taking second place aboard Lightning. Kenny also achieved a podium finish with Diaroubet, further solidifying the Irish dominance in the competition. Jordan Coyle and Jorsica finished tenth, ensuring four Irish combinations where among the top performers.
Kenny faced another narrow defeat in The French Family Cup. Grace DeFoe of the United States ultimately won, posting a clear round in 42.40 seconds in the 11-horse jump off. Kenny,riding Mendoza VDL,had to settle for second place once again.
