A man discovered Nolan-O’Slatarra unconscious on a boat docked at the Montauk Yacht Club and immediately alerted authorities.Two individuals on a nearby vessel reportedly initiated CPR before emergency services arrived. Despite their efforts, she was pronounced dead at the scene.
