The music video for the new single “Jellly Fish” by iScream (pronounced: ice cream), a three-member girl unit from LDH who were selected from an audition with a total of 10,000 applicants, has been released.
This is the second release in three consecutive months, and as seen in the visuals of the “Jellly Fish” members released the other day, they are dressed in punk fashion to match the atmosphere of the song, and it is a cool piece that makes full use of the energetic performance and effects that unfold in a space surrounded by walls. RUI, who won the grand prize out of about 10,000 applicants in the “LDH Presents THE GIRLS AUDITION”,
The group was formed in 2019 by the finalists YUNA and HINATA. All members have outstanding singing and dancing skills.
Armed with their trinity performance, they will be making a full-scale start in 2021 as a next-generation girl unit.
They debuted with “Maybe…YES EP” on June 23, 2021. The cover song “Tsutsumikomu youni…”, released the following year on January 14, 2022, reached number one on the Billboard JAPAN radio chart. The song “Jasmine”, released in advance from the following album, also reached number one on the same chart, achieving the feat of two consecutive top spots.
Their first album “i”, released on April 20th, reached 8th place on the Oricon Weekly Chart.
