The Rafah border crossing between the Gaza Strip and Egypt will reopen to individuals on Sunday, February 1st, according to an declaration from Israel’s Coordination unit of Goverment activities in the Occupied Palestinian Territories (COGAT) on friday, January 30th. Movement will be limited and subject to Israeli security oversight.
