Israeli Families of Gaza hostages Seek Their Return
updated May 28, 2025
Hundreds gathered in Tel Aviv as families of Israeli hostages held in Gaza since the Oct. 7 attack voiced their desperation for their loved ones’ return. The demonstration underscored growing concerns about stalled negotiations and the well-being of those still in captivity. The families are increasing pressure on authorities to prioritize securing a deal for the hostages’ release, emphasizing the emotional toll of the ongoing situation.
Arbel Yehud, who was released from Gaza in January, spoke at a Tel Aviv press conference, highlighting the potential consequences of failed negotiations on the hostages.
“I want you to know that when Israel blows up deals, it does so on the heads of the hostages,” Yehud saeid.
