Weisong likened the approach to staking a newly planted tree. “It’s like when you plant a tree, you put a stake next to it to keep it growing up and not get blown over. So, it can take root,” he said. This effort has proven effective in providing new team members with colleagues, cohorts, and a stronger sense of belonging.
