Accomplished completion of NTT DATA’s Tech Girl Power Program
Ivana Panduro Rodríguez, a student in the Facts Systems Engineering career at UPC, has been hired by NTT DATA after completing the NTT DATA-organized Tech Girl Power Bootcamp.The program aims to bolster the technical adn leadership abilities of young women pursuing careers in technology.
Rigorous Selection Process
The Salesforce Bootcamp initially attracted over 100 applicants.Following a competitive selection process,30 participants advanced to an intensive virtual training program focused on Salesforce functionalities and real-world applications.
Team-Based Project and Final Presentation
Participants were divided into eight groups, each tasked with addressing a practical case study using their newly acquired knowledge.Supported by specialized mentors, the teams had one week to develop and present their solutions. The final presentations were held on July 22, 2025, at NTT DATA’s offices on the 16th and 17th floors of the Bloom Tower, with each group allotted 15 minutes before an evaluating jury.
Ten Participants Hired, Including Ivana Panduro Rodríguez
Ten participants, including Ivana Panduro Rodríguez, successfully completed all stages of the program and were offered positions at NTT DATA. The program concluded with a closing ceremony on August 8, 2025, where participants received their certificates.
