Global music stars J Balvin, Doja Cat, and Tems will headline the inaugural halftime show at the FIFA Club World Cup final, organizers FIFA and Global Citizen announced. The FIFA Club World Cup match is scheduled for July 13 at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
Coldplay’s Chris Martin curated the concert, which will be available for free viewing on DAZN.com. The halftime show aims to boost the FIFA Global Citizen Education Fund, seeking to raise $100 million. The fund will improve access to quality education and soccer programs for children worldwide. A dollar from each ticket sold at this year’s World Cup matches will go to the fund.
