Jablanica Mayoral Election Results: Emir Muratović Takes the Lead
The recent mayoral election in Jablanica saw two prominent candidates vying for the top spot: Damir Šabanović, the current mayor and SDP candidate, and Emir Muratović, the SDA candidate and former chairman of the Municipal Council.
Preliminary results indicate that Emir Muratović of SDA has secured 3,083 votes, while Damir Šabanović, the current mayor and SDP candidate, trails behind with 1,949 votes.
A total of 5,778 voters cast their ballots in the election. Based on field data published by the SDA, Emir Muratović has won 3,083 votes, and Damir Šabanović has secured 1,949 votes. The remaining 746 votes are yet to be accounted for.
According to data from the Central Election Commission (CEC), the voter turnout in Jablanica’s local elections was 66.23 percent, with 5,780 voters casting their ballots at regular polling stations.
