Jack Batchelor Becomes All-Time Wins Leader in Bellarmine Men’s Tennis History

Jack Batchelor, a senior player on the Bellarmine University men’s tennis team, recently set a new program record by achieving his 100th career victory. He surpassed the previous record of 92 wins held by Anton Rabinov, establishing himself as the all-time leader in combined singles and doubles wins since the program’s records began in the 2006-07 season.

Batchelor started this season needing 12 wins to break the record. He quickly secured ten victories in the team’s first two fall events, including six singles and four doubles wins. At the ITA Regionals at Purdue, he won a singles match and two doubles matches to reach 93 career wins. Following that, he earned seven more victories, reaching the milestone of 100.

In this season alone, Batchelor has achieved 19 wins, including 10 in singles and 9 in doubles. He now holds the record for most career singles wins at 61, outperforming Rabinov’s previous record of 55. His 39 career doubles wins rank him fifth all-time in the program.
