Jack draper, Britain’s top-ranked tennis⁣ player, secured a ​spot in the Queen’s ⁤Club quarterfinals after a hard-fought victory Wednesday ⁢against Australian⁤ Alexei Popyrin. The 23-year-old prevailed 3-6, 6-2, ⁢7-6 (7-5) after dropping ⁤the first set.

Draper, currently ranked sixth‍ globally, is considered a ⁢promising contender as Wimbledon approaches. While ⁣he ⁤hasn’t advanced beyond the second round at his home Grand Slam, he⁢ believes his increased strength and fitness will aid him in ​enduring challenging matches.
