If they had really investigated thoroughly, they would have contacted her attorney and gotten information from us.
In response to this, the NBA has responded as follows:
NBA investigators contacted Jamora (Hayes’ ex-girlfriend) agent Laura Stone multiple times.
However, they did not respond to our contact.
In response, attorney McCoy said:
I remember being contacted by someone in the NBA’s legal department.
But when I called back and left a message, there was no response.
McCoy said if the NBA is serious about reinvestigating the case, he is willing to enlist the help of Hayes’ ex-girlfriend.
