In 1989, Mike Tyson bought a mansion in Southington Township, about 45 miles southeast of Cleveland. He lived there in 1995 to be nearer to his promoter Don King’s camp, where he trained. Notably, Tyson dedicated part of his mansion to keeping four real tigers.

Jake Paul’s Ohio Roots

Jake Paul, now 27, hails from Westlake, located roughly 15 miles west of Cleveland. He gained fame as a YouTuber and later transitioned to boxing. His brother, Logan Paul, is also a well-known social media influencer and WWE star. Jake Paul returned to Cleveland in 2021 for a boxing match against Tyron Woodley at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse.
