Janel Grant Seeks Travel Records From Doctor in McMahon Case
Updated June 14, 2025
Janel Grant, a former employee, is seeking immediate access to evidence and a deposition from Dr. Carlton Colker in
her ongoing legal battle against Vince McMahon and WWE. This development follows a judge’s denial of Colker’s
motion to dismiss her state court petition.
Grant alleges that Colker has not provided complete medical records related to her treatment during her time with
McMahon. Her attorneys argue that the court has established “probable cause” to investigate claims such as civil
conspiracy, fraud, and RICO conspiracy.
The request for details specifically targets communications between Colker or his staff and McMahon or WWE.Additionally, Grant seeks details regarding travels between Colker and McMahon from March 1, 2019, to May 1, 2022,
notably trips to Tijuana, Mexico. The filings do not specify the reason for seeking this information.

Evidence Requests Continue
Grant is also seeking evidence related to the contents and purposes of alleged I.V. treatments and supplements
she received at Colker’s practice. She is requesting the clinic’s policies and any security camera footage of
Grant or McMahon on the property between March 1, 2019, and may 1, 2022.
Colker denies any wrongdoing, asserting that Grant has already received her full medical records in both paper and
electronic formats. He rejects claims that they falsified Grant’s medical records and insists that she only
received a single vitamin tray, not unmarked pills. Colker also denies coordinating with McMahon regarding Grant’s
care and claims he learned about the federal case against McMahon through media reports.
John Laurinaitis, former WWE Head of Talent Relations, has agreed to provide evidence against McMahon in Grant’s
lawsuit.
