Giants Fan proudly Sports Jason Kelce Tattoo After Losing Bet
Lauren Philpott, a self-proclaimed Giants fan, is making headlines for an unusual display of admiration: a Jason Kelce tattoo.The tattoo is the result of a lost bet, but Philpott says she has no regrets.
Philpott, despite her allegiance to the New York Giants, is a big fan of the Philadelphia Eagles legend and his wife, Kylie.This admiration softens the blow of permanently inking a rival player on her body.
“This is who I am as a person, a bet is a bet,” she said. “If I get it covered up, I still went through with it. no, I don’t care.It’s a funny story. It’s something that my husband and I like to do.”
The body art took between three and three-and-a-half hours to complete. Philpott hopes Kelce isn’t offended by the tattoo, emphasizing that it was done out of love and respect.
Philpott told us it took about 3 to 3.5 hours to complete it the body art. While she didn’t recall the exact cost,it didn’t break the bank.
“Although I’m a Giants fan, I have a lot of respect for the Eagles and what they are like as a team,” Philpott said. “So, who else am I going to put on my arm? Jason Kelce.”
Kelce isn’t the only NFL personality to grace Philpott’s skin. She also sports a tattoo of Gardner Minshew’s mustache.
So, what’s Lauren and her hubby’s bet this NFL season?? They don’t yet know, but she’s open to suggestions.
“We usually ask people, our friends, and stuff, or maybe take a poll on Facebook,” she said. “I am open to it,whether it’s a tattoo or if I have to take [my husband] somewhere,vice versa. I’m open to whatever.”
