Jay Leno, the comedian, suffered injuries after falling down a hill on November 16. He hit his head on a rock while trying to walk to a nearby restaurant from his hotel, located at the top of the hill. The fall was severe, dropping him about 60 feet.

Leno described the accident: “I fell down. Boom, boom, boom. I rolled down the hill, hit my head on a rock, knocked me in the eye.” He later shared that he broke his wrist and bruised the left side of his body. He appeared in public shortly after, wearing an eye patch and showing visible injuries to his face.

Despite this accident, Leno completed his scheduled show at Yaamava’ Casino hours later. He chose to seek medical attention only after returning to Los Angeles. He joked about his age and past mishaps, recalling a previous incident in November 2022, when he sustained serious burns from a gasoline fire while working on a steam engine in his garage.

Leno underwent multiple surgeries for his burns, including skin grafts, and was discharged after ten days in the hospital.
