Jaz Sinclair has expressed her gratitude to fans and reflected on her experience following the cancellation of “Gen V,” the Prime Video spinoff of “The Boys.”

Taking to her Instagram Story, Sinclair shared a heartfelt message in response to the news that the series would not be renewed for a third season. She wrote, “There’s so much I wanna (and will) say, but for today I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. I’m so happy you’re here, and I’m so grateful for this incredible experience.”

Sinclair starred as Marie Moreau in the series, a character revealed to be one of the most powerful Supes due to her ability to control blood and manipulate living tissue. Her portrayal centered on uncovering the truth behind Godolkin University, with the second season concluding as her character joined the Starlighter resistance in opposition to Homelander.

The cancellation of “Gen V” was announced the previous week, marking the end of its two-season run. The series originally premiered in 2023, with its second season airing between September and October 2025.

Despite the show’s conclusion, executive producers Eric Kripke and Evan Goldberg indicated that stories involving the “Gen V” characters would continue. They stated that characters from the series would appear in upcoming episodes of the fifth and final season of “The Boys,” as well as in other projects set within the same universe.

Other cast members also shared their reactions to the cancellation. London Thor, who portrayed the gender-shifting character Jordan Li alongside Derek Luh, wrote on Instagram, “This show changed my life. So long Jordan. Thank you for everything.” Maddie Phillips, who played Cate Dunlap, shared a behind-the-scenes video with the message, “Live laugh love, later !!! <3.”

While acknowledging her gratitude for the experience, Sinclair noted that she would have more to say in the future regarding the decision not to renew the series for a third season.
