Early in his career, Jeezy faced challenges, including developing polyps in his throat. The rapper needed surgery but lacked medical insurance. He paid for the procedure with cash and endured a lengthy recovery. This experience provided a dose of humility, he said.
Before its official release, Let’s Get It: Thug Motivation 101 leaked. Jeezy, however, viewed this as an unexpected advantage.The leak relieved pressure and served as early promotion, he said.
