From March 26-31, 2025, online appointment scheduling will be unavailable. During this time, appointments can be made by calling 03641 49-3800 or in person.
The following services will be unavailable due to technical reasons:
- Registering or unregistering apartments
- Applying for and picking up personnel cards, passports, and oath cards
- PIN changes for online ID functions
- Reporting lost and found ID documents
- Vehicle registration processes requiring Jena residency
- Applying for or extending resident parking permits
- Applying for parking permits for severely disabled individuals
- Applying for registration certificates
