He insists he’s in peak condition, routinely covering 10 to 12 kilometers per game with high-speed runs.

He emphasizes his commitment to recovery, nutrition, and overall professionalism. ”I’ve been injury-free the whole season, taking care of my body, recovering better, eating the right foods. Being professional,” Lingard said.
