João Campos has 80% in Recife and Paes 60% in Rio de Janeiro; both must win in the first round

The Quaest survey released this Wednesday (28) with voting intentions for the mayor of Recife city hall shows Mayor João Campos (PSB) with 80% of voting intentions, leading the dispute. In second place comes Gilson Machado, with 6%, and Daniel Coelho, with 5%.

In Rio de Janeiro, Quaest notes that the candidate for re-election, Eduardo Paes (PSD), has risen by 11 percentage points and remains comfortably ahead, with 60% of voting intentions – he had 49% in the previous survey, it was released on 24 July. Next comes Alexandre Ramagem (PL), with 9%, and Tarcísio Motta (PSOL), with 5%.
