The professional lecturer invited on this day was Kwon Hyeong-gwan, a counselor in charge of practical education and training at the Chungcheongbuk-do Association of the Korea Real Estate Agents Association, who provided various trainings that can substantially help prevent lease fraud and improve brokerage expertise for about 300 real estate brokerage workers. It received a great response from attendees.

According to the city, this training is an event organized by Jecheon City every two years and was conducted for the purpose of fostering the real estate brokerage business soundly, establishing transparency in real estate transactions, and establishing the advancement of the brokerage industry.
