Joe Bonamassa’s Sound Wave Beach Weekend Set for 2026
Blues guitarist Joe Bonamassa is partnering with Topeka, a concert and event organizer, to present Sound Wave Beach Weekend, a three-day music festival. Teh event is scheduled for April 10-12, 2026, on Miramar Beach, Florida.
Bonamassa, who has hosted several sea-based music events, is bringing the experience to land. The lineup includes Gov’t Mule, Kenny wayne Shepherd, JJ Gray & Mofro, Grace Potter, Little Feat, Larkin Poe, Samantha Fish, Joanne Shaw Taylor, and Robert Jon & The Wreck.
Bonamassa will perform twice during Sound Wave Beach Weekend, which will also feature artist collaborations and daily activities. Topeka promises a high level of service, with attendees able to order food, drinks and merchandise delivered to their seats within five minutes.
The festival will take place at a 5,500-capacity open-air venue, a short walk from lodging. According to a press release,fans can “spend the day under the sun at the beach and nights under the stars with their favourite artists.”
The Sound Wave Beach Weekend declaration comes before the release of Bonamassa’s new studio album, Breakthrough, due July 18 via J&R Adventures. Bonamassa has also announced U.S. tour dates at amphitheaters,followed by the Keeping the Blues Alive at Sea cruise to Alaska in september.
bonamassa also has a European tour planned for the summer of 2025, with dates in Ireland, Austria, hungary, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland and Italy. He also has several U.S. dates scheduled.
