Joe Rogan Responds to ABC Host’s ‘Dragons’ Accusation: Miscommunication or Misinformation?
Joe Rogan responded to Joy Behar’s claim about him believing in dragons during a recent episode of ‘The View.’ Behar joked that Rogan, known for his podcast, represents a decline in trusted news sources, saying, “We went from Walter Cronkite, basically, to this guy Joe Rogan, who believes in dragons.”
Rogan shared his reaction on social media, remarking, “That’s my new official X description.” He also responded by posting a clip from his podcast, ‘The Joe Rogan Experience,’ featuring adventurer Forrest Galante, with the caption, “Were dragons real animals?”
Earlier, Rogan discussed the connection between dragons and ancient cultures during a podcast episode with comedian Sam Tripoli. He speculated that flying dinosaurs, like pterodactyls, might have inspired dragon legends. Rogan suggested that many cultures, including those in Europe and Asia, had their own dragon myths, implying some could have been based on real creatures. He added that while dragons in movies often breathe fire, historical dragons likely did not.
